Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking a Technical Accounting Supervisor to lead engagements such as 10Q/K reviews and technical memorandum write-ups, and to oversee conversions of financial statements between U.S. GAAP and IFRS.

You will work closely with the Manager, supervise staff, coach the team, and drive growth across client engagements with integrity and professionalism. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ensuring deliverables meet client requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting compliance activities and monthly closings.
• Stay updated on technical accounting developments and issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet client specifications and preferences.
• Lead and coach staff; promote process improvements.
• Maintain attention to detail; ensure timeliness and accuracy of work.
• Identify and research technical issues affecting transactions.
• Draft process documents and technical memos.
• Provide training materials and staff coaching; participate in trainings.
