LTD Global is seeking a Senior Tax Preparer to support US-based clients in a fully remote capacity. The role requires hands-on experience with high-volume individual and business tax preparation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have 4+ years of direct tax preparation experience and be proficient with UltraTax CS and QuickBooks Online. This position offers direct hire with Pacific Time alignment and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct tax preparation experience.
• At least 300 individual 1040 returns prepared.
• At least 150 business returns (1120/1065) prepared.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065).
• Prepare workpapers, trial balances and book-to-tax adjustments.
• Handle short- and long-term rental activities including Airbnb.
• Prepare K-1s and ensure proper flow-through treatment.
• Manage multi-state and SALT filings including apportionment.
• Serve US-based clients across real estate, retail, tech, services, hospitality.
