Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working across time zones with a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings across job boards, career sites, and internal systems.
• Source and screen candidates through resume review, LinkedIn, and job board searches.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications and fit.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-hire requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media recruitment campaigns.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline status) for HR leadership.
• Assist with new hire onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
