Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise application integration or middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Talend integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud.
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong Java, SQL/PL SQL, and scripting skills.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to work with APIs, cloud platforms, and scheduling/monitoring tools.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions and data workflows.
• Support enterprise integration projects and provide production guidance.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into integration designs.
• Prepare technical specs, solution designs, and implementation docs.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing; resolve defects.
• Monitor and optimize integration jobs and workflows.
• Produce documentation, procedures, and support materials.
• Ensure compliance with standards, security, and governance.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
