The role requires 10–15 years of field surveying experience, proficiency with total stations and CADD software, and the ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately. A licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering.
• 10–15 years of surveying field experience.
• Proficient with surveying instruments such as total stations.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Strong mathematical and MS Office skills.
• Experience with CADD software.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveying to determine exact location and measurements for construction.
• Evaluate cadastral maps and land valuation reports.
• Conduct line in grade surveying for plumbness and alignment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
