Schneider Electric in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to ensure supply availability and resilience while optimizing inventory and planning parameters to support business requirements.

You will collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, plants, and regional teams to develop and execute the upstream planning strategy, drive continuous improvement, and deploy AI-enabled planning dashboards to improve visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, or upstream supply chain planning.
• Deep understanding of supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, supplier management, and planning parameters.
• Ability to translate data into actionable planning decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Digital mindset with ability to translate requirements into digital planning solutions.
• Experience with dashboards, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the annual upstream supply planning strategy with stakeholders.
• Drive inventory optimization through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess supplier capacity and supply risks with plants and regional teams.
• Identify supply constraints and disruption risks and drive preventive actions.
• Improve demand and supply alignment balancing material availability and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve PO2 performance and upstream supply continuity.
• Ensure planning activities follow the Global Planning Playbook and standards.
• Define end-to-end business requirements to simplify and automate planning processes.
• Collaborate with digital and development teams to enhance dashboards, visibility, analytics, and automated actions.
• Analyze planning and supply chain performance and drive improvements with cross-functional stakeholders.
