Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronics parts supply chain and safety stocking min/max.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environments.
• Strong buy analysis and should-cost methodology.
• Experience working in a matrix organization across functions.
• Leadership to run plant critical items.
• Entry level professional with broad knowledge.
• 0–3 years experience in the specific role.
• Work Location: EPZA, Rosario Cavite Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Formulate cross-functional levers for supplier performance, innovation, and productivity.
• Assess and manage supplier base for quality, supply, and financial risk.
• Manage risk factors across the supply chain, including currency and Tier 2/3 suppliers.
• Support and align category strategy; back Global negotiations.
• Develop and maintain productivity forecasts.
• Maintain performance dashboards and assist in the Annual Procurement Operational Plan.
