Job summary

Stellantis Philippines seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality audits, conduct supplier on-site visits, and drive rapid follow-up and solutions to quality problems including 0K and warranty claims. You will actively participate in APQP for new product development and supplier onboarding, and develop risk assessments.

Additionally, you will prepare updates for SQ upper management and perform production and OEE analysis of suppliers' manufacturing processes to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Industrial Engineer degree required.
• Minimum five years of work experience.
• Willingness to travel continuously.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork and problem solving.
• Strong familiarity with supplier management and supply chain concepts.
• Solid grasp of basic quality tools: PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, continuous improvement.
• Experience as a quality and process auditor.

Responsibilities

• Quality audits and on-site supplier visits.
• Follow-up and solutions to quality problems (0K and warranty claims).
• Active APQP participation in new product development meetings and new suppliers.
• Development of risk assessments.
• Development and presentation of updates to SQ upper management.
• Production and OEE analysis of suppliers' manufacturing processes.
