TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a SOURCING & PROCUREMENT ANALYST III in Muntinlupa, Philippines. The role focuses on supporting TE's Compliance & Risk program, engaging suppliers and business units to address social and environmental pillars, and ensuring governance and remediation across the supply chain.

The candidate will bring 10–12 years in supply chain roles, expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training, and a strong background in ESG reporting and data

Qualifications

• Global experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, and/or electronics industries.
• 10–12 years of core experience in supply chain and supplier-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Compliance, including strategic alignment, operational modelling, process optimization, and data analytics.
• Expertise in supplier relations, auditing, and capacity-building training.
• Knowledge of supplier code of conduct requirements and experience with programs like Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
• Proven program management, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Engagement: educate and train stakeholders on compliance and ESG standards; remediate non-compliance; manage ESG reporting and incident response.
• Program Governance: assist development of process manuals; analyse compliance data; maintain SharePoints and digital platforms.
• Compliance Management: escalate findings and ensure remediation closure; manage ESG incidents as they arise.
