Job summary

AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Taguig to lead technical delivery across projects and manage structural teams using BIM tools.

The role emphasizes coordination with multidisciplinary teams, client engagement, and driving digital transformation within the discipline. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of structural engineering experience, a PRC-registered Pr.Eng, and a strong track record in leading technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PRC registration as Pr.Eng for at least 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of structural engineering projects and support Project Managers and technical teams.
• Review designs and drawings to ensure accurate translation from scheme design to detailed design and final drawings.
• Monitor and ensure project delivery within client budget and agreed timelines.
• Manage, coordinate, and allocate resources for structural teams effectively.
• Utilize and maintain proficiency in structural design software such as Revit, Tekla Structural Designer, and other relevant tools.
• Interface with clients regarding schedules, meetings, and project issues, managing expectations and fostering positive relationships.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives within the discipline and embrace process improvements.
• Ensure effective coordination between structural and other disciplines to deliver fully integrated and constructible designs.
