Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead technically aspects of projects and mentor teams.
• Ensure design deliverables meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Interface with clients and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large complement of junior, mid-level and senior Mechanical staff and provide mentorship on a daily and strategic basis.
• Lead client relationship and bid/support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for fully coordinated design deliverables.
