Job summary
Shore360 is an Australian-owned BP firm in the Philippines seeking a Structural Drafter to create 2D/3D drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will work independently to meet deadlines and collaborate with the team during regular check-ins.
The role requires experience in structural drafting for residential projects and familiarity with commercial/industrial work, using AutoCAD or Revit to deliver accurate plans and models.
Qualifications
- Background in structural drafting or related design work.
- Experience with residential construction projects and exposure to commercial/industrial projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple project types and scales.
Responsibilities
- Create 2D and 3D structural drawings and models for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Work independently to meet planned goals and deadlines within allocated timeframes.
- Collaborate with the team during weekly or fortnightly check-ins to review progress.
- Prepare structural plans for a variety of clients, including homeowners, corporate, and government organizations.
- Produce drawings for small-scale projects with short turnaround times.
- Contribute to long-term, large-scale projects requiring detailed structural plans over extended timelines.
