What You’ll Do

• Lead campaign planning, find interesting insights and partner with creatives to develop groundbreaking work and give them unexpected ways to look at creative solutions.
• Use data, research and insight to uncover areas of growth or creative firepower, and synthesize all of this into compelling narratives.
• In partnership with Strategy Directors, lead new business pitches and thought leadership.

Who You Are

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of strategy experience, bringing the ability to solve complex problems, partner with clients and earn their trust.
• Superior presentation skills with the ability to persuade and inform and articulate a strong strategic point‑of‑view.
• Collaborative team player who wants to be part of a larger team that respects each other, and brings energy and enthusiasm to the table.
