Genfinity Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Development and Strategy Analyst to deliver decision-ready insights through financial modelling, market intelligence, and executive outputs.

The role builds and maintains Excel-based tools and geo-visualizations to support portfolio and market assessments. You will partner with senior stakeholders, turning ambiguous questions into structured analyses, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in analytics roles supporting Strategy/BD/Finance.
• Demonstrated experience building financial models and synthesizing market insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (business cases, ROI, margin scenarios).
• Source and synthesize market data for opportunities and competitive benchmarks.
• Create templates for repeatable analyses (market sizing, partner evaluation).
• Own model QA, documentation, and version control.
• Develop leadership-ready PowerPoint narratives with insights and recommendations.
• Create recurring dashboards (pipeline, pricing/volume) with clear commentary.
• Develop Excel tooling with Power Query and VBA where useful.
• Create maps and geo-visualizations for territory coverage and market mapping.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, commercial, ops).
