Job summary

Google is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer for Creator Studio Support to lead architectural decisions and deliver AI-powered troubleshooting experiences. You will leverage data to improve assistive interactions across YouTube products and shape interoperability with internal and external tools.

You will work with Studio UTLs and YouTube ATLs to evolve infrastructure, and you will influence across multiple teams while maintaining high quality software delivery.

Qualifications

8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages and data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products; 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

Design technical architecture powering AI-powered troubleshooting partner.
Use YouTube's support, policy and troubleshooting data to improve quality of assistive experiences.
Define entity schema for the whole support lifecycle and interfaces for interoperability with 1P and 3P tools.
Identify and set up an approach to quality measurement and improvement.
Collaborate with Studio UTLs and YouTube ATLs to evolve Studio and YouTube infrastructure.
