As a senior/staff software engineer on our AI Agents team, you will take the lead on building and scaling the core agentic systems that power real‑world enterprise accounting automation. This role spans the full lifecycle of AI agent architecture, implementation, deployment, and optimization. You’ll confront and solve hard distributed systems and intelligent automation challenges, working closely with stakeholders at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and enterprise operations.
You’ll be expected to own mission‑critical product and engineering areas, regularly engage with customers to understand real‑world requirements, and help drive the roadmap for our AI automation platform. We value engineers with strong technical foundations who demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and the ability to iterate quickly.
