Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer for Magnetic Calibration to lead calibration development, implement automation, and maintain end-to-end processes across bench tests and ATE systems.

You will drive improvements, oversee MRB activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and reliability in magnetic sensor production. The role requires hands-on ATE repair experience, strong statistical analysis skills (SPC/MSA/FMEA), and knowledge

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent semiconductor industry experience).
• Hands-on ATE repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Process Capability Analysis.
• Understanding of ESD and IATF awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement magnetic field calibration procedures for bench instruments and ATE systems.
• Own end-to-end calibration unit generation and ATE calibration processes.
• Design automation solutions for bench testing and ensure compatibility with data analytics tools.
• Lead MRB activities for magnetic field calibration non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
