Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC in Metro Manila seeks a calibration engineer to design and implement magnetic field calibration procedures for bench instruments and ATE systems. You will own calibration workflows, drive automation, and collaborate with global teams to ensure accuracy, reliability, and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ATE experience, strong statistical and problem‑solving skills, and a proven track record in Lean/6S practices.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent semiconductor industry experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization.
Strong knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, and Lean/5S principles.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement magnetic field calibration procedures for bench instruments and ATE systems.
Own end-to-end calibration unit generation and ATE magnetic field calibration.
Develop automation for bench testing and ensure data analytics compatibility.
Lead MRB for magnetic field calibration non-conformances.
Continuously implement improvements from past projects and best-known methods.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
