Job description

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall support and governance of SPC, YMS, and FDC systems across global sites (Asia & Europe).
• Oversee SAP booking event processes and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Act as technical subject matter expert (SME) for wafer fab quality and analysis systems.
• Drive system architecture improvements, automation strategy, and long‑term technical roadmap.
• Lead complex incident management, root‑cause analysis, and preventive action implementation for production‑impacting issues.
• Review and approve system enhancements, scripts, and interface developments.
• Collaborate with Production, IT, and global stakeholders on system upgrades, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and risk mitigation for critical manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing system support (preferably semiconductor/wafer fab).
• Strong expertise in SPC, YMS, FDC systems and SAP processes.
• Knowledge with Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux, Windows Server, Python, C#, APEX, SECS/GEM.
