Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to coordinate across multiple logistics functions and teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise SSA specialists, inventory personnel, and warehouse staff.
Assign workloads, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet mission requirements.
Manage performance, coach, mentor, and provide feedback per policy.
Oversee staffing, training, and readiness for steady-state, surge, and emergent SSA needs.
Maintain SSA quality and inventory accuracy, transaction discipline, and compliance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to synchronize material flow and priorities.
Perform senior SSA functions: receipt, storage, issue, turn-in, and accountability.
