Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead on-site facility and infrastructure operations across Indo-Pacific locations. You will oversee staff, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure safety, compliance, and mission readiness while coordinating with government and partners.

The role requires 8+ years in facilities/base operations and 3+ years of leadership, with TS/SCI clearance and up to 25% travel to Indo-Pacific locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in facilities management, base operations, or related DoD/government operations.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience leading teams and contractors.
• Experience assigning work, managing performance, staffing, and setting priorities.
• Experience managing facilities operations, maintenance, utilities, and inspections.
• Experience supporting operational facilities, warehouses, expeditionary sites, or contingency basing.
• Experience managing subcontractors and monitoring performance to scope, schedule, and quality.
• Ability to support OCONUS operations and travel throughout the Indo-Pacific.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site Facility Operations Manager and primary management representative for facility and infrastructure operations.
• Supervise facility operations personnel, technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Prioritize workloads and allocate resources to meet mission requirements.
• Manage performance, coaching, and development per policy.
• Oversee staffing, shifts, leave, training, and readiness for varied operations.
• Ensure facility readiness, safety, compliance, and customer support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across facilities, logistics, security, engineering, IT.
• Direct day-to-day facility services supporting SOCPAC and mission partners.
• Oversee utilities and critical systems (power, water, HVAC, etc.).
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance and manage work orders.
