Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior Associate SRE to lead reliability initiatives across platforms and collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Platform teams.

As Technical Lead SRE, you will drive incident response, resilience, and cost-aware design, mentoring engineers and owning SRE metrics, SLIs/SLOs, and automation with AWS, Kubernetes, Datadog, and AI-enabled observability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE, Platform Engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design and operate observability platforms.
