Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer issues and perform deep root cause analysis across configurations, bugs, and infrastructure.
• Proactively improve reliability by analyzing patterns and proposing automation or monitoring solutions.
• Bridge customer impact with engineering, translating pain into technical requirements and SLOs.
• Develop tools, playbooks, and dashboards to speed up diagnostics and issue resolution.
• Contribute to incident response and postmortems with preventative actions.
