Job summary

SimCorp Manila seeks an experienced Cloud Systems Administrator to maintain platform operations for our global Client Reporting platform. You will manage availability, incidents, and service requests, while gaining insight into how the Client Reporting application works to support platform responsibilities.

You will also onboard new clients, contribute to projects, and perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and security testing in a DevOps-friendly environment with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing platform availability and incidents in a global client base.
• Ability to perform Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code practices.
• Experience with Azure IaaS and Windows networking/AD services.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage support cases within an incident management process.
• Provide Level 3 support for the Client Reporting Platform.
• Perform Windows Server patching and infrastructure upgrades.
• Handle data migrations and environment refreshes for clients.
• Automate operational processes using code and DevOps tools.
• Support on-call duties outside regular hours.
• Contribute to onboarding new clients and projects.
