Role description: The Senior Specialist, RevOps Platform provides Revenue Operations platform support that helps 2X's clients maximize the value of their marketing technology investments. As the primary Oracle Eloqua execution resource, this role is responsible for building, testing, deploying, and maintaining marketing automation programs while ensuring every deliverable meets established quality, accuracy, and production standards.

The Specialist owns the successful execution of Oracle Eloqua deliverables, ensuring campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly, documented consistently, and deployed on schedule while adhering to established production standards and RevOps best practices. Success in this role requires deep Oracle Eloqua expertise, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to continuous learning, operational excellence, and process improvement.

This position reports to the VP of RevOps and works closely with the RevOps Account team and other internal delivery teams to support the successful delivery of client programs. This role is not expected to independently interact with or present to clients and has no direct reports.

Primary Responsibilities

The RevOps Platforms Specialist should be able to do/accomplish the following without supervision:

• Build, test, and maintain Oracle Eloqua emails, landing pages, forms, campaigns, segments, shared assets, and other marketing automation components according to approved requirements and established best practices.
• Perform technical quality assurance and testing to confirm campaign functionality, data accuracy, and deployment readiness prior to launch.
• Troubleshoot and identify resolutions for routine Oracle Eloqua execution issues, escalating final resolutions and complex technical or strategic issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of campaign builds, execution activities, and technical configurations to support ongoing program management and operational consistency.
• Follow established production processes, quality standards, documentation requirements, and RevOps best practices while consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities while meeting project timelines and delivery expectations.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, delays, and execution issues to Project Managers and internal team members.
• Maintain and expand Oracle Eloqua expertise through continuous learning, certification, and adoption of platform best practices.
• Track time daily within the approved time-tracking system with appropriate coding and project documentation.

The RevOps Platforms Specialist should be able to do/accomplish the following under supervision:

• Execute complex technical requirements and implementation plans developed by the RevOps Platforms Analyst (Admin).
• Assist with campaign validation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support to ensure successful execution.
• Support data imports, exports, segmentation, and related activities required for campaign execution and platform maintenance.
• Assist with platform audits, documentation updates, and operational reviews to improve quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Support reporting preparation and data validation by ensuring campaign execution data is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, or potential risks and communicate recommendations to the RevOps Platforms Analyst (Admin) or project team.
• Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives while expanding technical and Revenue Operations expertise.
• Develop the technical, operational, and business knowledge necessary to progress into the RevOps Platforms Analyst (Admin) role.

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on Oracle Eloqua execution skills with experience building and supporting marketing automation campaigns; Oracle Eloqua certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM and related Revenue Operations technologies, with a solid understanding of marketing automation best practices, campaign execution, and quality assurance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with the ability to follow established processes, standards, and technical documentation.

Experience

• Required: 2+ years of hands-on Oracle Eloqua asset creation experience.
• Desired: Agency or enterprise marketing operations experience.
• Desired: Experience building, testing, and deploying Oracle Eloqua marketing automation campaigns.
