Emerson Japan, Ltd. is seeking a Graphics and Multimedia professional to grow within a collaborative Final Control Graphics and Multimedia team. You will design, edit, and produce a wide range of printed and digital materials for high-impact communications across groups and platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and contributing to marketing initiatives through strong visual concepts, templates, and media production workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Information Technology, Graphics, Creative, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent.
• At least 3.5 years of relevant experience in graphic/multimedia design using computer-aided software in a creative media agency or equal capacity and creating marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, videos, banner ads, etc.).
• Working knowledge of multimedia output and production interface.
• Proficiency in design software products (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and other graphic design applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced graphics and multimedia editing with mixed media.
• Create complex and responsive designs and templates (vectors, 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and video production).
• Edit marketing collateral, writings, and illustrations.
• Lead project milestones and gate reviews.
• Develop simple modules, prototypes, or mockups.
• Create or author training syllabus and conduct intermediate training on tool usage.
