Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Artist (Marketing & Branding) to craft premium marketing collateral across digital and print platforms. You will blend multimedia production, copywriting, and digital marketing support to build a strong, cohesive brand.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to support campaigns, website and social media initiatives, and visual storytelling that elevates the company’s branding and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or branding.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing materials, presentations, social media content, videos, and print collateral.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams and supporting integrated campaigns.
• Experience creating premium marketing materials with attention to typography, layout, and branding.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

Job description

The Multimedia Artist (Marketing & Branding) is responsible for creating high-quality visual and written content that supports the organization's branding, marketing, and business development initiatives. This role goes beyond graphic design by combining multimedia production, content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing support to deliver engaging campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.

Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams, the successful candidate will produce premium-quality marketing collateral, contribute to campaign execution, support website and social media initiatives, and help strengthen the organization's brand through compelling visual storytelling and creative content.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Branding

• Design and produce high-quality marketing and branding materials for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, banners, advertisements, sales materials, event collaterals, and promotional assets.
• Create engaging graphics, videos, animations, reels, and multimedia content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually compelling materials that reflect a premium and professional brand image while ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Assist in photography, video production, editing, and other multimedia requirements for marketing initiatives.

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Develop engaging content and marketing copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Write captions, headlines, campaign messaging, and website content tailored to different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Contribute creative ideas and storytelling concepts that enhance audience engagement and strengthen brand awareness.

Marketing Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, corporate events, lead generation initiatives, and branding projects.
• Produce creative assets that align with campaign objectives and business goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of creative deliverables.

Digital Marketing & Website Support

• Design creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Support basic performance marketing efforts by producing creative assets optimized for digital campaigns.
• Assist with basic SEO implementation by optimizing website content, page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and marketing copy to improve online visibility.
• Update website content, landing pages, and digital assets using content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns by designing email layouts and visual assets using Mailchimp or similar platforms.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
• Present creative concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve design quality.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and new technologies to enhance creative output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, creative marketing, or branding.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing materials, presentations, social media content, videos, and print collateral.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams and supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating premium-quality marketing materials with strong attention to typography, layout, and branding.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
