Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a seasoned Equity Research professional to support the firm’s global investment research and decision-making process. You will work with investment teams to develop differentiated views and drive high-quality financial analysis across technology and payments sectors.

You will build and refine financial models, track earnings, and prepare research output for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

6+ years of relevant experience in equity/fundamental research or investment analysis.
Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation.
Proficiency in evaluating software, SaaS, FinTech and IT services sectors.
MBA Finance, CFA/CA or equivalent finance qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct fundamental research on software, technology and payments companies.
Develop deep understanding of business models, competitive positioning and growth drivers.
Build detailed financial models and valuation frameworks.
Prepare investment memos and research notes for senior stakeholders.
Engage with management teams, sell-side analysts and sector experts.
Identify investment theses and differentiated perspectives.
