Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design, build, and integrate patient, clinic staff, and doctor applications on a cloud-native, AI-enabled healthcare platform running on GCP and Azure.

You will work across Experience and Care apps, extend the .NET clinic app, and deliver end-to-end features with React, React Native, and .NET APIs while ensuring secure, scalable integration with external systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years in full stack development.
• Proficient in C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Web API).
• Strong React/TypeScript (Next.js); React Native experience.
• Healthcare integration experience with FHIR/HL7v2/DICOM.

Mansioni

• Build features end to end: web, mobile, APIs, and data layers.
• Deliver Phase 2 features like mobile app, teleconsultation, AI assistants.
• Integrate with labs, EHRs, imaging, pharmacies, payers, and devices.
• Map data to FHIR resources and ensure data integrity and reconciliation.
• Develop long-running workflows with Temporal (.NET).
• Implement secure login, consent, and tenant-based access control.
• Containerize services on Kubernetes and manage CI/CD pipelines.
