Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise software. You will mentor juniors and help steer architectural decisions across shared services or financial operations.

The ideal candidate blends deep coding expertise with strategic thinking, delivering secure, efficient, and maintainable software in a team setting. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 6+ years of software development in enterprise/finance/insurance systems.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Strong REST, microservices, system design, and security knowledge.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Familiar with Git and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable applications aligned with requirements.
• Architect enterprise system components for maintainability and performance.
• Review and write clean, documented code with modern practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other developers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Identify refactoring, automation, or security improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to tech docs, design patterns, knowledge sharing.
