Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
• Minimum 2 years working experience within software development.
• Good knowledge of current software development methodologies and languages.
• Good understanding for company business procedure and workflows.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Good English skills (verbal and written).
• Amenable to Work on-site in Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities

• Design & build software: work with customers or partners to understand requirements, develop prototypes, and deploy solutions meeting client needs.
• Execution & Maintenance: fix bugs, enhance features/modules, and provide user software support; identify opportunities to innovate.
• Solution Design & Architecture: identify and optimize system architecture under mentorship of senior engineers.
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards.
• Support test and deployment of new products and features.
• Participate in code reviews.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
