Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is hiring for a senior full-stack engineer to design, build, and integrate patient, clinic staff, and doctor applications on a cloud-native, AI-enabled healthcare platform running on GCP and Azure. You will work across Experience and Care apps, extending the existing .NET clinic app and ensuring secure data exchanges with external systems.

Role requires strong C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, React Native, and healthcare data integration experience, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full stack development.
• Hands-on healthcare integration experience with FHIR, HL7v2, or DICOM.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end: React/Next.js, React Native, .NET APIs, PostgreSQL.
• Integrate with labs, EHRs, imaging, pharmacies, payers using HL7/FHIR/DICOM/REST.
