SMEC (an SJ Group company) is seeking a senior specialist to finalize the Resettlement Action Plan for the Central Mindanao HSH project. The role centers on social development, resettlement planning, and coordinating with stakeholders across road and infrastructure contexts.

The ideal candidate holds a social sciences degree with postgraduate credentials and at least 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years in social development and resettlement for infrastructure projects,

Position Requirement From The Term Of Reference
