With TS/SCI clearance and 12+ years in business or systems analysis (5+ in federal/DoD environments), you will bridge program leadership and technical design, shaping SOC playbooks and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, cybersecurity, computer science, business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of business or systems analysis experience, with 5+ years in federal, DoD, or Intelligence Community environments.
• CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, or CISSP required.

Responsabilités

• Bridge between the SOC Program Lead and the SOC Technical Architect to align outcomes with validated requirements.
• Present prioritized requirements and trade-offs for scope, cost, and schedule decisions.
• Prepare requirements content for leadership briefings and acquisition documents.
• Collaborate early with the SOC Technical Architect to reflect technical realities.
• Validate that each requirement is feasible, unambiguous, and testable before baselining.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix linking source, design, and verification.
