Job summary

Airalo is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance their eSIM platform, ensuring reliability and performance. This fully remote position emphasizes scalable system design across a multi-region AWS environment with a strong focus on SRE principles.

You will lead initiatives to automate operations, help build resilient infrastructure, and work collaboratively with a passionate engineering team. Candidates should possess deep experience in SRE practices and a strong technical background in AWS and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS services including strong knowledge of container orchestration.
• 2+ years of Kubernetes experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Conduct blameless post-incident reviews to uncover root causes.
