Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Bengaluru location is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer 2 to lead IaC-driven infrastructure design, Terraform, and AWS-based deployments. You will partner with development teams to build reliable, scalable systems and set SLOs/SLIs.

The role emphasizes AI-enhanced DevOps, incident response leadership, and ongoing improvement through automation, monitoring, and runbooks. A Bachelor's in CS/Engineering and 3+ years of DevOps/SRE experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and leading incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design independently for complex infrastructure items following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform.
• Establish and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to measure and improve system reliability.
• Manage incident response efforts, conduct blameless post-mortems, and implement preventive measures to reduce MTTR.
