Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system.
• Build service request fulfilment workflow.
• Automate tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality.
• Perform integrations and process automation.
• Gather specifications and deliver a product that meets needs.
• Generate dashboards and performance analytics as needed.
• Analyze user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities.
• Perform system and integration testing.
