Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Support Services Quality Principal Specialist in the Philippines to design and deploy robust support models for Airport IT products. You will lead service readiness, coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement across service design and transition.

You will work with autonomy, lead projects, manage resources and budgets, and ensure quality delivery aligned with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in customer service and supporting technical or operational environments.
Project management experience; certification is an advantage.
ITIL Foundations certification or strong understanding of IT service management.

Responsibilities

Service Design and Deployment: design and implement support services for new Airport IT products and ensure smooth transfer to Operations.
Continual Service Improvement: improve processes, tools, and documentation to enhance customer satisfaction and first contact resolution.
Project Management: manage projects from kick-off to service transition with SLAs, KPIs, and end-to-end support structures.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects to improve service quality and customer experience.
