The Lead Tree - Clark Outsourcing in Clark Pampanga is seeking an SEO Manager to drive paid and organic performance. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a strong emphasis on ROI, traffic growth, and search visibility.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align strategies, analyze data with GA, GA4, and GTM, and implement SEO improvements across on-site and off-site initiatives. This onsite role offers growth and a dynamic BPO culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and PPC.
• Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO optimization.
• Practical knowledge in PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to ensure effective paid campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report ad performance; provide data-backed optimization recommendations.
• Implement and refine SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align paid ads and SEO with broader marketing goals.
• Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager) to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
• Stay updated on PPC and SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitiveness.
• Manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
