Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a Senior SEO Outreach Specialist to lead our link-building program and scale organic growth across the globe.

You’ll own the outreach strategy end-to-end, design systems, and coordinate across SEO, content, and GTM to turn organic growth into a compounding asset for Heidi globally. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and a leadership trajectory as the outreach team expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO outreach, with a track record of building and scaling link-building programs.

Responsibilities

• Outreach Strategy: Design and own the link-building roadmap, including domain tiering frameworks, target-market maps, and campaign sequencing aligned to SEO priorities and product launches.
• Campaign Leadership: Run the highest-value, most complex outreach campaigns yourself while setting the quality standards and playbooks the wider team works from.
• Relationship Development: Build and manage long-term editorial and media partnerships with key publishers, journalists, and healthcare media.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the outreach function's point of contact for SEO, content, and GTM teams.
• Systems and Tooling: Own the outreach tech stack (prospecting, enrichment, CRM, sequencing, and QA) and build documented processes others can pick up.
• Reporting and Insight: Deliver a regular reporting cadence to leadership, surface strategic recommendations, and connect placements to growth outcomes.
• Team Development: Mentor outreach specialists and progressively take on a team-lead layer as the function scales.
