Job summary

Pinoy SEO is seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Specialist to own the optimization for two company-owned websites. You will research keywords, craft human-written content, and build optimized pages in WordPress using Elementor Pro, keeping AI-powered search advances in mind.

You’ll lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, and translate insights into actionable growth across both sites. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on SEO experience with proven traffic and rankings improvements.
• Understanding of both traditional SEO and AEO for AI-powered search.
• Ability to research keywords, analyze intent, and develop content around high-value keywords.
• Write original, human-written content with natural keyword integration.
• Create new SEO-friendly pages and ongoing blog posts in WordPress.
• Publish and optimize content directly in WordPress using Elementor Pro.
• Know on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including internal linking and metadata.
• Stay current with Google updates, AI search, and evolving SEO trends.
• Track performance and use data to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage SEO/content across two sites.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing SEO strategies for two company-owned websites.
• Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
• Optimizing existing pages: titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, and internal links.
• Conducting technical SEO audits and fixing crawl/indexing issues.
• Developing off-page SEO strategies including backlinks and website authority.
• Using SEMrush to monitor rankings, audit sites, and identify growth opportunities.
• Writing original, human-written SEO content for new pages and blog posts.
• Researching keywords and search intent before writing with a clear SEO purpose.
• Publishing pages/blogs in WordPress, formatting content, and adding internal links.
• Maintaining a consistent blog schedule and updating existing content.
• Building pages with WordPress and Elementor Pro and ensuring proper structure.
