You will leverage AI tools to speed up research and audits, conduct outreach for quality backlinks, and collaborate with account managers on performance reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (traffic growth, ranking improvements, lead generation).
• Technical SEO skills — site speed, schema, crawl audits, indexing, URL structure.
• On-page SEO — keyword optimization, content structure, meta tags, internal linking.
• Local SEO — Google Business Profile, citations, location pages, map pack rankings.
• Link building — outreach, link auditing, and building quality backlinks that actually move rankings.
• SEO tools — Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• AI-powered SEO — use of AI tools to speed up keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits.
• Content optimization — writing or improving SEO content that ranks.
• HTML/CSS basics — on-page changes and troubleshooting with developers.
• Analytical thinking — data-driven decisions and reporting.
• Good English communication — clear strategy presentation to the team.

Responsibilities

• Run full SEO audits for client websites and build solutions based on findings.
• Do keyword research and develop content strategies aligned with search intent and competition.
• Implement on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Handle technical SEO: site speed, schema markup, XML sitemaps, redirects, crawl issues, indexing.
• Build and manage local SEO strategies: Google Business Profile optimization, citations, NAP consistency, location pages.
• Execute link building campaigns: outreach, audits, and high-quality backlinks.
• Write or optimize SEO content: blog posts and service pages that rank and convert.
• Use AI tools to speed up keyword research, content ideation, and audits.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs.
• Deliver clear performance reports to account managers and communicate with clients as needed.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends.
