Job summary

Deltek is seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst to join its CyberFusion Center in Makati. You will lead monitoring, investigate complex security incidents, and drive remediation across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of information security experience, including hands-on incident response and SIEM monitoring.
• Experience with incident management, including handling, malware cleanup, and investigations.
• Strong understanding of Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with SIEM monitoring, alert triage, and event correlation.
• Understanding of IPS, SIEMs, and log analysis and configuration.
• Familiarity with threat-hunting concepts and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Ability to quickly prioritize and correlate multiple unstructured events; strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and analysis of security alerts across platforms and environments.
• Perform advanced investigations, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning.
• Develop and refine incident response playbooks and SOPs.
• Conduct threat-hunting to identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and compliance to implement security controls.
• Support vulnerability management and timely remediation.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Leverage Generative AI and AI tools responsibly to enhance security operations.
