Job summary

SGS is seeking a Technical Writer (Level I) for our Global Business Solutions center in the Philippines. You will compile accurate scientific reports from validated data, verify cross-technique data consistency, and execute software re-validation scripts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in scientific data entry and report creation in pharma.
• Experience in pharmaceutical testing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and/or cGLP regulations.
• Familiarity with ICH M10, EP, and USP pharmacopeias.

Responsibilities

• Compile scientifically accurate reports from validated data using internal templates.
• Verify data consistency across analytical techniques and report discrepancies.
• Execute predefined test scripts for software re-validation and document outputs.
• Draft and review SOPs, testing worksheets, and forms.
• Ensure compliance with SGS QHSE policies.
