Job summary

SGS is seeking a Technical Writer (Level I) in the Global Business Solutions center in Metro Manila. You will compile accurate scientific reports from validated data, verify cross‑tech consistency, and support SOP and worksheet development.

The role requires a chemistry or related science degree, at least two years of pharma data entry and reporting experience, and knowledge of cGMP/GLP guidelines. Hybrid work setup begins after an initial onsite period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science.
• Minimum 2 years’ pharma data entry and report writing experience.
• Understanding of cGMP / GLP regulations and regulatory guides (ICH M10, EP, USP).

Responsibilities

• Compile scientific reports from validated data and ensure consistency across techniques.
• Execute predefined test scripts for software revalidation and document outputs.
• Assist in reviewing and approving department SOPs, worksheets, and forms.
• Document analytical findings in standardized report templates.
• Communicate regulatory updates to relevant departments.
