Job summary

Australia Awards Philippines, Manila-based, is seeking a Senior Coordinator Scholarships to coordinate scholarship delivery across the lifecycle, including promotion, selection, mobilisation and reintegration. The role works with DFAT, education institutions and partners to ensure compliant, participant-centered delivery.

Reporting to the Scholarships and Alumni Engagement Manager, you will support administration, records, and stakeholder engagement, with strong organisation and communication

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating education, international scholarship or development programs.
• Ability to manage complex administrative processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience organizing events, workshops or participant engagement activities.
• Experience in donor-funded programs or higher education environments is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scholarship and short-course activities across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate scholar selection, application management and interviews.
• Provide administrative and operational support to scholars and fellows.
• Support partnerships, stakeholder liaison and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting and compliance.
• Monitor workflows and follow up on actions and deadlines.
• Assist with financial administration and risk management.
