McDonald’s Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation) is seeking a senior SAP specialist to lead S/4HANA RE-FX implementation and ongoing support. The role focuses on lease management, contract management, and real estate accounting within a global SAP framework.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, and advise on technology enhancements while guiding testing and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementation and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration, lease management, contract management, and real estate accounting.
• Proven integration experience with SAP FI/CO and Asset Accounting.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, and production support.
• Exposure to end-to-end SAP implementations, global rollouts, and system enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• SAP Implementation and Support: contribute to implementation, configuration, and support of SAP RE-FX solutions.
• Business Analysis & Functional Design: gather requirements, analyze processes, and design scalable SAP solutions.
• Technology Advisory: advise on technology solutions, documentation, and user adoption.
• Quality and Project Delivery: lead testing, planning, and governance for successful delivery.
