Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP PMO Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation programs, aligning objectives, planning, resources, and governance across diverse client portfolios.

You will coach cross-functional teams, apply systems thinking, and ensure outcomes are validated with clients while delivering high-impact SAP solutions that drive efficiency and strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience in SAP project management or related area.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale SAP implementation projects and coordinating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Developing project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to achieve objectives.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within SAP program management.
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance delivery.
• Directing teams through complex situations with composure and strategic questioning.
• Using MS Project and Jira for project tracking and reporting.
• Building stakeholder relationships to enable SAP solution integration.
• Promoting continuous process improvement and benefits realization across projects.
• Coaching and motivating teams to deliver quality results.
