Resideo, a global leader in smart home and building solutions, seeks a Senior Manager to lead the SAP Platform & Technical Services. You will shape the end-to-end SAP landscape, including BASIS, ABAP, integrations, security, and Run Support, while guiding the transformation to S/4HANA and cloud.

You will partner with functional, infrastructure, and business teams globally, oversee cloud transitions, ensure compliance, and drive a resilient, scalable platform architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP experience with Basis, ABAP, and integrations.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP platform availability and performance.
• Lead Basis and platform operations, backups, and DR.
• Ensure 24x7 operability with incident management.
• Define SLAs and KPIs; manage vendor relationships.
• Drive SAP Cloud and S/4HANA migration readiness.
