Job summary

WeSearch@Searchers & Staffers Corp. is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst for SAP MM-WM to drive system rollouts, upgrades to S/4HANA, and enhancements. You will gather requirements, design and test MM/WM solutions, and develop ABAP-enabled reports.

Strong communication and delivery in a global project environment are essential. Responsibilities include leading workshops, validating business needs, and preparing user manuals and training materials for end-users.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience on MM and WM development works, delivery of architecture and solution design, with at least 2 full cycle MM and WM implementation
• Experience on SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Participates in project implementation (System Roll outs, upgrade to S4/HANA, enhancements) providing expertise in SAP MM and WM
• Facilitates requirements gathering workshops and documents business requirements
• Provides system solutions, validates and interprets business needs
• Designs, customizes, configures, and tests MM and WM modules for changes
• Develops ABAP-enabled reports/programs and leads testing prior to UAT
• Maintains application support and resolves end-user issues
• Performs functional testing and integration testing for changes
• Prepares documentation (functional specs, procedures, guides)
• Creates training materials for MM and WM modules and conducts training
• Proposes innovative high-value solutions
